3. Client Responsibilities

• Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in individual agreements or contracts.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Litadzmedia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Faridabad, Haryana, India.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in Faridabad, Haryana.
